SERVICE, SERVICE LOANER, & SERVICE VALET POLICIES

Our priority is to provide each BMW Cleveland customer with an excellent service experience. Our service department staff is available to assist you with any questions or problems you may have. To arrange a service appointment, please utilize our convenient online service scheduler. If you have an emergency please contact one of our service advisors M-F from 7:30am-6pm or Saturday 8am-3pm. After hours and on Sundays please contact BMW roadside at (800) 332-4269.

We welcome customers from the other BMW Centers, though due to our service department capacity BMW Cleveland customers are provided scheduling, BMW Loaner car, and BMW Valet Service priority.


 

COMPLIMENTARY CAR WASH AVAILABLE TO ANY CUSTOMER THAT PURCHASED THEIR VEHICLE FROM BMW CLEVELAND

Complimentary car wash is available Monday through Friday from 9am till 5pm and Saturdays 9am till 3pm.

  • No appointment is necessary, call 888-927-5775 for wait time.
  • BMW Service customers at Service visit will receive a Complimentary Car Wash.
  • Complimentary Car Wash consists of exterior wash and interior vacuum only.
  • Weather Permitting.


SERVICE LOANER POLICY

Loaner vehicles are provided as a benefit of servicing your vehicle with Davis Automotive Group. Loaner vehicles are limited and will need to be requested in advance by calling our scheduling department as this cannot be reserved through online scheduler.

Loaners will be provided to all service customers with vehicles 7 years old or newer, and vehicles with less than 80,000 miles. If your vehicle does not fall into this bracket, but you have previous service or sales history with our company, we will do our best to accommodate a loaner. We can also provide complimentary shuttle transportation, an Enterprise vehicle at our discounted company rate, or waiting in our customer lounge if a loaner vehicle is unable to be provided.

When reserving a loaner vehicle, we require a valid Driver's License, updated Insurance Card, and Credit Card information to have on file for liability purposes. Insurance plans are required to have a minimum of $100,000/$300,000 coverage.

No smoking or pets are allowed in the loaner vehicle. If smoke odor or pet hair is found in the vehicle, a detail fee will be charged starting at $99 depending on severity.

Loaner vehicles must be returned by end of business day or no later than 12PM the following day once notified of the vehicle being completed. If recommended work is not approved by the client, the loaner vehicle needs to be returned by end of business day. If the vehicle is not returned, the client will incur a charge of $60/day for the vehicle.

We regret that we are unable to provide alternate transportation for repairs related to accidents or body damage. Please consult with your insurance company as to their obligation to provide alternate transportation and consult a qualified Body Shop for any needed repairs.

In case of emergency service, we will do our best to provide alternate transportation as soon as possible to ensure the safety of our clients.


 

SERVICE VALET POLICY

Valet service is reserved as a benefit provided only to BMW, Jaguar, and Land Rover owners who have purchased their vehicle from Davis Automotive Group. This service is available on a limited basis and is by appointment only by calling our scheduling department. Due to high demand, please allow two weeks advance notice when booking a valet appointment.

Please understand that if a vehicle has a safety concern, it will not be able to be valeted and it must be towed to our service department. This includes items such as flat tires, flashing check engine lights, coolant issues, etc. Any vehicle with a rattle, squeak, or noise complaint cannot be valeted as the client is requested to be present so the noise can be replicated for the technician.

Complimentary valets will be allowed within 100 miles of our dealership. If the location is over 100 miles away, but within 150 miles, a $50 fee will be charged for fuel recovery. Valets over 150 miles will not be provided. Long distance valets must have a full tank of gas in order to ensure a complete drive to our dealership. The vehicle will be returned with the same amount of gas after the trip has been completed. After service, all vehicles are provided a car wash (weather permitting), but please understand the vehicle may not be in the exact "car washed" condition once the trip has been completed due to weather and environmental factors.
