AN EXPERIENCE OF A LIFETIME: In 2025, every new BMW purchase comes with an incredible opportunity. You and a guest can enjoy a thrilling complimentary experience behind the wheel of various BMW models at the BMW Performance Center, located in either South Carolina or Southern California. This adventure includes three hours of excitement, complete with classroom instruction, on-track driving in multiple models, an off-road expedition, and an exhilarating Hot Lap ride. This package is valued at $598 (2 seats at $299 each) and is provided at no cost to all new BMW owners from BMW Cleveland.

- WHAT IS THE BMW PERFORMANCE CENTER? The BMW Performance Center offers a distinctive experience for BMW owners, enthusiasts, and driving aficionados. These centers serve as hubs where the BMW brand truly comes alive, presenting BMW vehicles in a performance-oriented setting. While specific programs and services may vary by center, the overarching objective is to foster driving skills, safety, and a deeper connection to the BMW brand through immersive, hands-on encounters. These facilities are highly sought after by BMW enthusiasts and individuals keen on honing their driving abilities in a controlled and exhilarating environment.
At the Performance Center, participants have the chance to immerse themselves in the thrill of driving various BMW models, exploring the limits of acceleration, braking, and cornering. Additionally, there's an opportunity to venture onto an off-road course tailored for BMW X-Vehicles, where drivers effortlessly conquer obstacles, ascend and descend hills, navigate water crossings, and tackle challenging berms, all showcasing the remarkable capabilities of BMW's cutting-edge xDrive technology. - HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR THE NEW OWNERS' TRACK DRIVE? You will need three pieces of information to register:
1 - the VIN of your new BMW. The two most popular places this can be found are on the paperwork you received when you took delivery and on your insurance card.
2 - date of purchase. This can also be found in the paperwork you received when you took delivery of your new BMW.
3 - your BMW Center location. That's us - BMW Cleveland in Solon, Ohio.
With that information in hand along with your personal calendar for availability, call the BMW Performance Center at 888-345-4269. The reservations team will do the coordination of the schedule and provide you with information needed to attend the class. - WHAT'S THE CATCH? AKA THE "SMALL PRINT" New Owners Track Day is limited to customers who leased or purchased a new vehicle in 2025. Program certificates must be redeemed within one year of purchase. This offer has no cash value and cannot be applied as credit.
- NEW OWNERS TRACK DAY - WHAT'S INCLUDED? Your day includes a Performance Drive on track with laps in multiple BMW models, an off-road excursion in an X vehicle, a pro-driven Hot Lap, and a wrap-up Q&A with a BMW expert. Meals and lodging are not included.
- NEW OWNERS TRACK DAY - WHAT IS THE COST? Each vehicle purchase is eligible for two free seats. Additional guest seats are $299 each.
- WILL I BE DRIVING THE SAME MODEL I PURCHASED? Because inventory and vehicle specifications vary, we can't promise you'll drive the exact model you purchased. Expect to sample 3-4 different BMWs throughout the day.
- IS THE PROGRAM TRANSFERABLE? Any licensed driver residing at the vehicle purchaser's address may use the New Owner Track Drive experience.
