If you're a new customer, you'll do the following to schedule service:
- Make and Model - Tell us about your vehicle and its specifications to make sure we get the right parts, fluids, and equipment for your model.
- Select a Service - Next, choose which service(s) your model needs before clicking through to the next step.
- Date and Time - Choose an appointment time that works best for you. You can choose to work with any service advisor or with a selected technician.

Do You Offer Courtesy Loaner Vehicles?
So, your vehicle is currently in the shop, and you need to get back to work. Use one of our courtesy loaner vehicles for the time being!
Our courtesy vehicles are gently used, low-mileage models that we set aside for our service customers. They come directly from our inventories, too! These models can be driven until they hit 5,000 miles. Once they pass this milestone, they go up for sale.
So, while your vehicle is being serviced, you can get back on the road in a stylish BMW!
What Is BMW Value Service?
The BMW Value Service program is the easiest way to receive up-front pricing for the services your vehicle needs. This program only applies to select services and models.
To find out if your vehicle is eligible, simply input the year, series, and model, and our system will generate specially priced services for your specific BMW. That way, you'll receive the best deal for your vehicle's service.
How Do I Order Parts?
If you're at our service center and our inventory doesn't currently carry a specific part you need, our technicians will be happy to order a part on your behalf.
However, you can also order parts online through our website. Click through to find our Order Parts form where you'll be asked to provide information about your vehicle: the name or number of the part you're ordering and your contact information.

- Complete Detail: Includes interior and exterior services as well as dressing the motor.
