Most Aurora area drivers don't know that BMW has already developed a closed-loop process for recycling all their electric vehicles' batteries. When a battery discharges for the last time, the EV battery packs are shipped to a special recycling plant that sustainably reuses the material. It's what BMW calls circular economy and resource conservation.
