BMW Sales Reported For January 2016

The new BMW X1 was a top seller this month, increasing sales 274.0 percent. This small luxury crossover was redesigned for the 2016 model year. It is offered in one trim level: the xDrive28i. It seats five and includes standard equipment like: automatic windshield wipers, a power liftgate, dual-zone automatic climate control, a tilt-and-telescoping steering wheel, eight-way power front seats, driver memory settings, and the iDrive interface with a touchpad controller.

The BMW X3 increased its sales by 49.3 percent. This crossover SUV is available in four trim levels: sDrive28i, xDrive28i, xDrive28d and xDrive35i. Standard safety features include: antilock disc brakes, stability and traction control, automatic brake drying, front-seat side airbags, full-length side curtain airbags, active front seat head restraints and the BMW Assist emergency communications system.

The completely redesigned BMW 7 Series increased sales by 33.0 percent. This luxury full-size sedan is offered in two trim levels: the 740i and the 750i xDrive. They are powered by a turbo charged 3.0-liter inline-6 engine and a turbocharged 4.4-liter V8 engine respectively.
