We welcome customers from the other BMW Centers, though due to our service department capacity BMW Cleveland customers are provided scheduling, BMW Loaner car, and BMW Valet Service priority.
COMPLIMENTARY CAR WASH AVAILABLE TO ANY CUSTOMER THAT PURCHASED THEIR VEHICLE FROM BMW CLEVELAND
Complimentary car wash is available Monday through Friday from 9am till 5pm and Saturdays 9am till 3pm.
- No appointment is necessary, call (440) 542-0600 for wait time.
- BMW Service customers at Service visit will receive a Complimentary Car Wash.
- Complimentary Car Wash consists of exterior wash and interior vacuum only.
- Weather Permitting.
We regret that we are unable to provide alternate transportation for repairs related to accidents. Please consult with your insurance company as to their obligation to provide alternate transportation.
Vehicles are provided as part of the value in purchasing and/or servicing your BMW at BMW Cleveland. Abuse of this privilege will result in withdrawal of Service Loaner usage. To assist other owners, please return the Service Loaner on the day when the service work has been completed.
All BMW Loaner vehicles will be given to our clients with a full tank of fuel. If returned without a full tank there will be a fuel charge. Smoking is not permitted in any of our loaner vehicles. Please notify us of any accident, damage, or fault in the vehicle. All parking/traffic tickets are your responsibility. A BMW Loaner is being provided for local use only, and cannot be taken out of the state of Ohio. To obtain a loaner you must have a valid driver's license, current insurance information, and a credit card for damages or fuel charges.
SERVICE VALET POLICY
Valet service is a benefit provided to BMW owners who purchase their BMW from BMW Cleveland. This service is available on a limited basis, and is by appointment only. This service is part of our commitment to provide BMW Cleveland customers with a pleasurable ownership experience. Should you require this service, please inform your service consultant when making your appointment. We do, however, suggest when possible you bring your BMW in personally, which will allow us to get to know you better. We regret that we are unable to provide this service to BMW owners who purchased their BMW elsewhere.
Our service schedule is based on the work scheduled. Please help us by informing your Service Advisor of all items that require attention when scheduling your appointment. Please inform us of your alternate transportation needs or other special requirements when scheduling your service appointment and the items that require attention.
Notify us as soon as you know you will be unable to keep your service appointment or valet appointment. Arrive at the scheduled time for your service appointment or the schedule time and location for your valet service.
To utilize our express checkout service, please provide your service consultant with a credit card number at the time your bring in your vehicle. Please provide your service consultant with the best phone number to reach you at during the day.
